TidenUp is an organizational tracking and reference tool. The information presented in the library, dashboard, and any other surface of the service is provided for general educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

AI assistant disclosure

Alpha, peptide reference, the protocol builder, the doctor-note scanner, and the vial-image scanner are AI-powered educational interfaces, not clinicians. AI responses may be incomplete, outdated, factually incorrect, or hallucinated. Do not rely on AI output for clinical decisions. Where enabled, AI features may use your in-app regimen and schedule context to produce more relevant educational responses, but this does not make them medical advice.

Ask Alpha transcripts are logged for safety review and to improve the service. They are not shared with your clinician or with other users.

AI blood work analysis

TidenUp may offer AI-assisted blood work analysis as an educational feature. This analysis is generated by artificial intelligence and is provided for informational and organizational purposes only. It is not a diagnostic tool, does not constitute laboratory interpretation, and must not replace review by a qualified healthcare professional or certified laboratory personnel.

AI analysis may misread ranges, overlook clinical context, or produce incomplete or factually incorrect summaries. Always correlate any AI-generated commentary with the official lab report and your clinician's judgment. Do not start, stop, or modify any therapy based on AI blood work output alone.

Not a medical device

TidenUp is not registered, cleared, or approved as a medical device by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the European Medicines Agency, the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency, or any other regulatory authority. Nothing in TidenUp should be interpreted as a recommendation to start, stop, or modify any medication, supplement, peptide, or therapy.

Consult your clinician

Always seek the advice of a qualified, licensed healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition or before beginning, modifying, or discontinuing any therapy. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on TidenUp.

Regulatory status of peptides

Many peptides referenced in our library are prescription-only, investigational, or otherwise restricted in your jurisdiction. TidenUp does not sell, supply, broker, or facilitate the purchase of any compound. Possession or use of certain peptides without a valid prescription may be illegal where you live. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.

Marketplace

The TidenUp marketplace is a waitlist for purchasing, not a clinic request or invoice tool. Protocol tracking, Ask Alpha, and the library stay available independently of the waitlist. When purchasing opens, orders are fulfilled by a third-party partner (Your Peptide Brand) and shipped to the address you provide. Checkout is not enabled until fulfillment is live.

TidenUp is not a pharmacy, clinic, or prescribing service. Product listings, descriptions, and images are educational and organizational reference only — they are not medical advice and do not recommend that you buy, use, or handle any specific compound. Availability, identity, purity, and quality are determined by the fulfillment partner, not by TidenUp. Joining the waitlist or placing an order (when available) does not create a clinician–client relationship and does not replace review by a licensed healthcare professional.

Clinician dashboard

The clinician dashboard and any related oversight tools display client-reported tracking data, not a clinical record or electronic medical record (EMR). Access is read-only, scoped to what the client explicitly chooses to share, and revocable by the client at any time.

Clinicians must independently verify all data before making any clinical decision. TidenUp does not validate the accuracy of logged doses, measurements, or symptoms, and the dashboard is not a replacement for clinical judgment, direct examination, or established medical records systems.

Emergencies

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately. Do not use TidenUp to communicate emergencies.

Peptide-specific risk

Many research peptides are sold by suppliers operating outside of clinical manufacturing standards. Identity, purity, dosing, sterility, and endotoxin levels cannot be verified by TidenUp from a label, batch number, or photograph. Tracking a compound in TidenUp is not an endorsement of its safety, efficacy, or legality, and does not imply that we have evaluated the supplier or formulation. If you are using research peptides outside of clinician supervision, you are taking those risks yourself and TidenUp does not accept liability for them.

No clinician–client relationship

Use of TidenUp does not create a clinician–client, doctor–client, or any other professional relationship between you and TidenUp or any individual associated with it.
